First stop, Arenal to have breakfast — 1 hour
We drive 30-45 minutes to Region of Valleys, North of Jalisco.

Included: mexican breakfast with traditional chilaquiles (or eggs) and traditional mexican coffee (water or juice).

Next stop, Tequila Tres Mujeres —1 hour

We drive 5-10 minutes to the distillery. Here we are going to have our educational introduction to the process of tequila tour. Ending up with a typical artisanal tequila tasting (blanco, reposado, anejo).

Optional: Visit to the tequila store.

Direct to Tequila Magical Town — 1 hour

Next, we drive 30 minutes to the town. In this location we have different activities, depending on your interests: visit Jose Cuervo Hacienda, visit Casa Sauza Hacienda, visit other distilleries, souvenir stores, shopping, photo shooting, seating and enjoying the plaza with your drink.
What we recommend: Drink a cantarito (one drink included)
Time recommended: 1-2 hours.

We recommend you to try artisanal tequila instead of going for any commercial brands you may know. Many delicious local brands are unknown and exported to other countries such as Japan, Russia, China. Many boutique products that you will only find in Tequila Town.

Cantarito Tequila Drink Recipe

You can make a traditional Mexican Cantarito cocktail by combining 2 ounces of tequila with fresh orange, grapefruit, and lime juices, a pinch of salt, and a splash of grapefruit soda. [1]

Ingredients List

• 2 ounces tequila (reposado or blanco)

• 1 ounce fresh orange juice

• 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

• A pinch of coarse sea salt

• 2 to 3 ounces chilled grapefruit soda (such as Squirt or Jarritos)

• Tajín or chili-lime seasoning for the rim

• Ice cubes

• Citrus slices (orange, grapefruit, and lime) for garnish [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
